An opportunity has arisen for an experienced receptionist to cover maternity leave. The role involves providing the highest level of administration, organisation and professionalism to clients and customers alike.

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, reliable and have excellent interpersonal skills. Moreover, the ideal candidate should carry out roles and responsibilities set whilst following compliancy guidelines.

Aspects of the role may include: administration work, receiving and dealing with queries, communicating with the team to ensure a smooth running of the practice and taking payments and booking patient appointments when necessary. There is a possibility the contract may be extended and the role become a job share at the end of the maternity term.

Candidate requirements

Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
Receptionist experience/ medical receptionist experience (preferred but not essential)
IT skills (database learning) and telephone experience essential.
Positive "Can do" attitude with excellent communication skills
Punctual and reliable
Self motivated, confident and willing to work as part of a team
Fast learner

Work hours
The role is part-time and there is some flexibility with the days and hours available. There is no weekend work. The business operates between 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
