Learning & Development Consultant (field/remote based)
My Wealth Management client is looking for a dynamic and outgoing Learning & Development Consultant to join the aspirational Learning & Development team. You will work closely with the Head of Field to develop and execute the Learning & Development strategy for all Field teams for effective delivery into the Partnership. This is a key hire for my client and will address specific business challenges and deliver tailored Learning & development interventions which will support business priorities, maximising both the commercial potential of the Partnership and the effectiveness of the Field team.
Key Responsibilities of the Learning & Development Consultant will include:
Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders in the business across Establishment, Field regions etc to ensure the Field Learning & Development team is the go-to for all Learning & Development needs and solutions for the field.
Support the implementation/development of the Learning Strategy in the field, embedding a continuous service improvement approach of measurement and feedback.
Manage the planning and participation of learning needs analysis to develop a comprehensive mapping of the current and future learning needs enabling greater clarity around key issues and the development of effective L&D solutions
Provide and manage meaningful MI to measure the effectiveness of learning and support the achievements of its goals
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the business agenda for commercial training remains on track and that commercial learning is integrated into new product launches and updates
Experience/skills needed for the role:
Strong commercial experience of demonstrating measurable outcomes from L&D programmes (preferred but not essential)
Good knowledge of L&D interventions and their deliver
Ability to diagnose learning requirements and translate into realistic and achievable plans and L&D programmes
Proven consultancy and coaching knowledge
Proven project management skills
Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt blended learning and development solutions to different audiences
Good understanding of the Partnership model and the Field, including FMT roles and responsibilities
