Job description
Our client is a leader in their market and is seeking Customer Service Advisor's to join their growing team.

Responsible for the day to day telephone queries for the customer. You will communicate internally and externally using appropriate methods to ensure high quality customer service is constantly provided, whilst managing administration processes.

You must have a proven track record of working in a contact centre, working as a team and exceeding expectations, preferably within the financial services industry, although not essential as full training will be provided.

You will be educated to GCSE Maths and English grade C or above or equivalent.
