Our client is a leader in their market and is seeking Customer Service Specialists.
You will have proven experience working in a regulated customer services environment within a Financial Services organisation.
Your key responsibility will be Communicating and negotiating with customers and/or their representatives (e.g. solicitors, debt advisors, brokers) to rehabilitate/provide solutions to defaulting loans & mortgages.
You will achieve this through contact, consultation with an aim to reduce arrears, adhering to Special Servicing Policies and Financial Regulations & Legislation.
