Our client, a household name is seeking a HR Business partner. Due to exponential growth you will be tasked with supporting with channels to market; primarily retail network and central functions. You will collaborate with operational management to find solutions to address those opportunities.
There are no direct line management responsibilities however you will need to use your matrix management experience to successfully business partner with multiple stakeholders.
You must be CIPD qualified preferably level 5, possess extensive knowledge of UK employment law, previous experience of HR BP ideally in retail or FMCG.
This role will cover 3 sites therefore you must be flexible and be able to drive.
In return for the above you can expect the following;
-£40,000 Per Annum
- 10% Discretionary bonus
