The role of Quality Assurance officer is critical to the business to ensure the efficient day to day running and timely completion of all the business assurance requirements.
You will complete quality checks for new and existing business files from Investment Managers and providing feedback to ensure accurate and demonstrate suitability.
Our client is looking for someone with a proven track record in a similar compliance role with knowledge of the financial services industry and educated to CISI level 4 or equivalent. You will be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients.
The successful candidate will have previous file checking experience with the ability to assess and interpret advice documentation whilst providing constructive feedback. You must be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines and have the ability to use your own initiative as well as working without close supervision. Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office are also essential.
