Developing, coaching and mentoring a team of business development managers within the health and insurance benefits division you will run your business within their business.
The success of previous Regional Managers has led to the introduction of this position as the business continues to grow across the UK.
If you understand the intermediary distribution model in financial services, have the appetite to run your own business and earn uncapped income through your team, this is a unique Regional Manager opportunity.
You do not need to have financial planning or insurance qualifications, but you must have experience in the distribution of insurance/health products through the intermediary market.
