As part of the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and further developing all aspects of the L&D strategy as the business continues its exciting growth.
As Head of Learning & Development, you will manage a team and work closely with key stakeholders to create and deliver all L&D programmes across the business.
With specialist Learning & Development capability, as Head of Learning & Development you will have knowledge and skills across all aspects of the training cycle ideally within a Professional Services environment; including working in a regulatory and compliant environment. Ideally, you will hold the CIPD qualification or equivalent.
