With ambitious growth plans they are looking to extend their field sales presence and are looking for a Business Development Manager to be part of their plans to launch second charge mortgages through Master Broker partners and mortgage intermediaries.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing and developing relationships with a number of intermediaries within a specified territory and you will have experience of creating and developing relationships with Master Broker Partners, IFA’s Mortgage Brokers, Accountant and Property Professionals.
For this Business Development Manager position a good knowledge of property finance is required and it would be desirable to understand bridging finance and second charge mortgages.
