Job description
An amazing chance for an experienced Case Manager to join our client at an exciting time assisting with their growth plans over coming years.
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to)
? Liaising with brokers to assist with the loan application through to completion, including accurate checking, input and processing in accordance with policy and procedures.
? Liaising with the sales department for status updates of applications
? Keeping brokers up to date with the progress of their applications
? Progressing enquiries and applications up to sign off stage, including producing the application pack for underwriters by carrying out KYC / AML searches and credit checks
? Initial point of contact for telephone calls before referral to the Credit team
Our client is looking for a case manager with a proven track record working within a specialist lender or bank and with exceptional knowledge of the property / lending industry. You will be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients. Our client has a strong focus on delivering a high quality of customer service.
The successful Case Manager will be CeMap qualified and have an ambition to succeed in a progressive and ambitious firm. You must be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines and have the ability to use your own initiative as well as working without close supervision. Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office are also essential.
