Job description
My client is a foreign exchange specialist based in the City of London and they are looking for an exceptional Settlements Administrator to join an innovative and extremely successful company. We are looking for a highly organised and ambitious individual who can work well within deadlines and has the capacity to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail. The primary function of the Settlements Administrator is to assist in ensuring the department is running efficiently and to provide operational support in the following responsibilities:-
Inbound/Outbound payment screening and reconciliation to process foreign exchange/international payments
Checking workflow queues to ensure transactions are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner to meet cut off times and SLA’s.
Producing daily reconciliations of our counter-parties and internal ledger statements
Dealing with complex queries from clients and completing investigations to resolve settlement/account errors;
Provide operational support to the trading team
Maintaining professional and courteous relationships with business clients delivering great service
Booking settlement trades within our counter-party platform
