Our client has been in business since 2003 and has considerable experience in financial services recruitment and are now looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their team. This is a very unique and varied role.
The Business Support Administrator will support the Directors & business with general administration duties and client customer care, which includes:
Being first point of contact in the office & provide excellent customer service
Drafting job descriptions, advertisements & reviewing candidate applications
Manage and maintain the internal CRM system and willingness to develop in this area is essential, Research for appropriate candidates through combination of networking / ‘desk based’ (database, internet etc) and telephone-based research
Developing relationships with existing & new clients by keeping in touch regularly and updating the CRM with detailed information
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients at all seniority levels, through telephone, emails and sometimes face to face, to build and maintain a good rapport
Develop new business opportunities
Management Support to Directors
General office duties as requested
Skills and Experience
A good experience of an administration role with an element of customer service/sales
Excellent time keeping and reliability
Strong communication skills via telephone, face to face or via email
Customer focused and hard working
Team player and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines
Positive, professional attitude to promote the company at every opportunity
A flexible approach to tasks and a willingness to manage issues if they occur
A methodical approach with a keen eye for detail and a confident manner
Multi tasker – ability to prioritise in a changing environment and think on your feet
Excellent Microsoft office skills
