Job description
My client is looking for experienced professional Independent Financial Advisors/Wealth Advisors, Diploma qualified, to join their expanding team. Having certifications or being part of professional associations such as being a member of the Society for Financial Advisors, or having a Certificate in Financial Planning, would be required.

Successful applicants who secure employment will be given an existing client bank to work through and manage.

Credibility is paramount and candidates must have a proven track record in being able to offer expert advice on investments, insurance, tax and private pension products. We expect our IFA’s to provide customers with accurate information and bespoke deals that will enable them to make an educated choice that suits their specific requirements and remains within the individuals financial parameters.

The attributes we expect from our IFA’s would include:

• Good confident communication with excellent organisational skills
• Good understanding and knowledge of current financial legislation
• Strict Client Confidentiality
• Trustworthy and Transparent

The Package
The basic salary we offer is £50,000 + per annum with strong ancillary benefits
Hours of work are predominantly Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, but after probation we offer a degree of flexibility. Our offices are based in Leicester & Norwich. Successful applicants who live near one of our sites will be given the option to work in our office, alternatively people can work from home.
