Financial Services Administrator tasks:
Use work-flow tools allocate tasks to Operations teams
Issue 'set in' force letters
Prepare all post for dispatch
Scan and allocate incoming post and other documents
Set up advisers on our systems
Pay GP invoices
Issue GP reports for underwriting and claims teams
Meet and greet visitors
Undertake personal development
Ad hoc duties for Executive PA
Working as a team player across the operations teams
To maintain an awareness of the importance of risk within the Society.
To maintain an understanding of and adhere to the Data Protection Act, Anti-Money Laundering regulations and all relevant policies and procedures.
Gain an understanding of current legislative and regulatory requirements to ensure that business is conducted within legal requirements
