We are looking for a high-quality Client Support Administrator to provide support to our Financial Planning Consultants.
The Client Support Administrator role requires someone with experience working in financial services. Some of the duties you will be responsible for include, liaising with product providers to ensure new business is dealt with efficiently, performing administrative duties including preparing invoices, issuing policy documents/ contract notes and documenting post meeting notes. As a Client Support Administrator, you will be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients.
You must be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines, with the ability to work independently.
Essential Skills for the Client Support Administrator Role:
• Basic knowledge of all products and funds falling within your area of responsibility
• Ability to build relationships with consultants and ensure an effective relationship is maintained
• Two years’ experience of working for an IFA
