We're currently looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
No previous recruitment experience is necessary however any experience would be welcomed!!! This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have:
A genuine interest in recruitment
A reasonable academic background
Confident speaking to all walks of life and backgrounds
A high-level of common sense
An interest in financial services.
Ideally experience working in recruitment or Sales experience i.e. telesales, marketing, new business sales, B2C, B2B, brokering or recruitment sales
Learning and following how a recruitment business is operated
Extensive database operation, running employee searches
Direct candidate contact by email and phone
Client contact and potential new business marketing - Support senior staff at the client interface, aiming to win new mandates and develop relationships
Reviewing incoming applications in line with the job criteria.
Telephone screen candidates.
Communicating application outcomes with candidates.
Liaising with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interviews and manage the feedback process.
