We are looking for Telesales Consultants who have no fear of picking up the phone and cold calling to help grow the business and share in the success.
You will have a friendly, yet focused working environment. You will have the autonomy as a Telesales consultant to grow your desk but with the support of the experience team when required. You will enjoy working a part of a team and will welcome the fast pace of a high-volume desk.
You will be proactive in taking good care of your clients and candidates and constantly sourcing good quality new candidates.
Responsibilities of a Telesales Consultant
Contact potential or existing clients
Ask questions to understand customer requirements
Enter and update customer information in the database
Go the 'extramile' to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Source suitable candidates
