You will be responsible for the effective & professional daily telephone call management to a database of existing customers and develop new profitable business relationships.
The role of the Business Development Manager
• Responsible for developing sales growth in line with business expectations and forecasts, by effectively understanding your clients needs and requirements.
• Responsible for recording and keeping accurate and up to date records of telephone call content, contact details and other relevant customer information in our database. To be successful as an Business Development Manager you will require the following:
• Has the ability to effectively engage existing and prospective customers to create profitable new client contacts
• Has strong communication skills.
• Can effectively multi-task & has strong organisation skills.
