Our client, an award-winning global fast moving FX FinTech business, are looking to hire an experienced Head of Pre-Sales and Implementation. You will be assisting the sales team to drive revenue by positioning their products to meet customer business needs.
You will be contributing and supporting on-going projects and continual Improvement Programmes to ensure new customer implementations are delivered efficiently and effectively.
The role as Head of Pre-Sales and Implementation:
Develop a detailed understanding of the company’s product range.
Work with internal and external clients to scope change requests, prioritise client change developments.
Assist the Business Development, Marketing and Relationship Management teams in the creation of sales material, product demonstrations and any other product related queries.
Provide pre-sales support in creation and management of client solution mapping and implementation plan delivery.
Project manage key business opportunities from engagement to successful delivery.
Coordinate and deliver appropriate presentations, demonstrations, proposals, RFI’s, RFQ’s and Training material to both internal and external stakeholders. Support internal and external queries related to the company’s product offering and infrastructure, including management of the department’s inbox.
Work with external partners and internal stakeholders to maintain and update documentation pertaining to the company’s service offering.
The Successful Head of Pre-Sales and Implementation will have project management experience, technically minded with good level of IT skills.
You will have a good understanding of consultative sales principles, and adept at executive corporate level negotiations in order to build long-term client relationships.
