Our client, a successful health and insurance benefits company, is seeking a Regional Manager with experience in growing distribution both organically and through the acquisition of new business.
You will be responsible for strategy, finance (P&L), marketing and the successful hiring, developing, coaching and mentoring of the team of business development managers within the business.
As the business continues to grow across the UK, this position will play a lead role in the success of the business in Northern Ireland
If you understand the intermediary distribution model in financial services, have the appetite to run your own business within a business and earn uncapped income through your team, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
You do not need to have financial planning or insurance qualifications, but you must have experience in the distribution of financial services products, ideally insurance/health products, through the intermediary market.
