DISTRIBUTION DIRECTOR - NORTHERN IRELAND
Our client, a successful health and insurance benefits company, is seeking a Distribution Director with experience in growing distribution both organically and through the acquisition of new business.
The Distribution Director is an all encompassing role where you will be responsible for strategy, finance (P&L), marketing and the successful hiring, developing, coaching and mentoring of the team of business development managers within the business.
If you understand the intermediary distribution model in financial services, have the appetite to run your own business within a business and reep the rewards of your success, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
As the Distribution Director, you do not need to have financial planning or insurance qualifications, but you must have experience in the distribution of financial services products, ideally insurance/health products, through the intermediary market.
