Financial Services Administrator
Salary £22,000 to £27,000
My client is an Independent Financial Advice business based in Loughborough and they are looking for an experienced, Financial Services Administrator to join their growing business and support the team of Independent Financial Advisers within the office and on the road.
Ideally, my client is looking for someone who has worked with Independent Financial Advisers in the past but it's not essential. You must have experience of supporting Financial Advisers in the past.
The Financial Services Administrator will be responsible for but not limited to:
CRM system - update and manage, share best practice, highlight and correct errors
Management of literature requests
Create notes, reports and follow up actions for sales meetings
Support the Independent Financial Advisers within the business
Produce monthly activity and pipeline reports for senior team
Assist with travel bookings for sales team
Producing client specific illustrations for advisers
