Working within a Financial Administration Services Company (Investment/Pension sector)
Document management: filing of invoices, bank statements, cash and Asset reconciliation
Operational control: cash reconciliation, inputting of payments, uploading files & ledgers
Processing: maintaining account records of ISA, monitoring inboxes & working to strict deadlines
A great track record in financial admin, accounts department experience and ability to work
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Well organised with computer skills a must
Experienced at a similar level within a financial administration role
35 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
3-9 month position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right person
Currently remote but returning safely to the office when the climate allows
£22,000 to £32,000 depending on experience
